Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-06-01

This Privacy Policy describes how European Digital Stores SL, NIF [NIF EDS], with registered office at [Domicilio EDS] ("we") collects, uses and stores personal data in connection with Intrategic. We are committed to processing your data in accordance with the GDPR and applicable national laws.

Data we collect. To create an account we collect your email address and a hashed password. To activate the desktop application we collect a stable device identifier (hash of hardware fingerprint) and a device name. For purchases we collect billing information through our payment processor Stripe, which acts as an independent controller for those data.

Telemetry. The desktop application does not collect usage telemetry by default. The only outbound network calls are licensing checks against our license server (activation, periodic re-verification every 7 days, and update checks). No strategy data, datasets or research artefacts leave your machine.

Purpose. We process the data above to (a) provide and maintain the Service, (b) enforce license limits, (c) communicate with you about your account and important Service changes, (d) comply with our legal obligations.

Retention. Account data is retained while your account is active and for up to 24 months after deletion for tax and accounting purposes. Activation logs are retained for 12 months for fraud prevention.

Third parties. We rely on the following sub-processors: Stripe (payments, EU/US), our SMTP provider (transactional email), and our hosting provider for the license server. We do not sell or share your personal data with advertising networks.

Your rights. Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict and port your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these rights please contact privacy@intrategic.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

Security. Passwords are stored using argon2id. Session tokens are short-lived (24h). All traffic to the license server uses TLS 1.2+. License signatures use Ed25519. We perform regular security reviews of our infrastructure.

International transfers. Where data is transferred outside the EEA (e.g. to Stripe in the US), such transfers are covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and/or adequacy decisions.

Changes. We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
